5.0/10

I had a pleasant stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park, as the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly (they went the extra mile for my son's birthday!). However, I found the dining options limited since Carluccios was the only restaurant on-site, and the food didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it's a nice hotel with a few areas for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it a comfortable space to relax.
Service
9.0
The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my son's birthday special, which I greatly appreciated.
Location
7.0
The location near Regent's Park was lovely and provided a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of central London, but I found dining options nearby to be sparse.
Dining
6.0
The only dining option was Carluccios, which was mediocre and offered limited selections that didn't cater to everyone’s tastes.
Facilities
8.0
I enjoyed the access to the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and added value to my stay.

6.2/10

I had a pleasant stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park, enjoying my modern room with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony view. However, I was disappointed with the service at Carluccio's, which did not meet the expectations set by the hotel itself. The location was convenient for public transport, but a bit far from central attractions.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and recently renovated, featuring two double beds and a small balcony that provided a nice view. The cleanliness and comfort of the beds were definitely highlights of my stay.
Service
6.0
While I encounter friendly staff who made me feel welcome, the restaurant service at Carluccio's was quite slow and disappointing. It was frustrating to experience poor dining service at an otherwise pleasant hotel.

Dining
5.0
Breakfast at Carluccio's was decent, though the selection in the lounge felt limited. My dinner experience was particularly disappointing, with slow service and food quality that didn't meet the Marriott standard.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel features a nice gym and pool that enhanced my stay. However, I found the limited menu options in the hotel restaurant lacking.

5.2/10

I stayed at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park for a few days, and while there were some positives, there were significant issues too. The dinner service was disappointing due to the rude treatment my child received, and my room felt cramped, which detracted from my overall experience. However, the breakfast at Carluccio's was really good, with amazing service that made mornings enjoyable.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was small and felt cramped, not what I expected from a family setup. The bathroom was also tiny, making it uncomfortable for my family.
Service
5.0
While I did encounter some friendly staff, particularly at breakfast, the service at dinner was incredibly disappointing and rude.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the Jubilee line, making it easy to explore London, although it wasn't in the best area for tourist attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast at Carluccio's was fantastic, with a great selection and excellent service, but the dinner experience was disappointing and frustrating.
Facilities
6.0
The gym and pool facilities are well-maintained, but I didn't find the dining options as good as I anticipated.

6.2/10

I had a good stay overall, enjoying the clean, comfortable rooms and the friendly staff. However, I was disappointed with the pool facilities, particularly on Sunday when it was crowded with children’s swimming lessons. The location was nice and peaceful, especially with nearby Primrose Hill for dining. The breakfast options were decent but could use some variation for longer stays.

Rooms
7.0
My room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfy bed that ensured a restful night. However, I experienced issues with housekeeping, specifically with the bedding, which had lumps after being hastily replaced.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, making my check-in process seamless. I appreciated their help, particularly when I needed a US adapter. However, I did encounter some delayed responses regarding the maintenance of my room.
Location
7.0
The hotel is in a quiet area that felt safe and was convenient to access public transport. It was a bit far from central London, which was frustrating during engineering works on the tube during my stay.
Dining
6.0
I enjoyed the breakfast at Carluccio's, which provided a good selection, though I felt it could become monotonous over a week. The restaurant dinner I had wasn’t as impressive, making me opt for takeout instead.
Facilities
5.0
While the gym and pool were nice amenities, I was let down by the pool's cleanliness and lack of proper swimming space due to lessons. The gym was well-equipped, but the overall experience could have been improved with better pool maintenance.

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the London Marriott Hotel Regents Park. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, which made my visit enjoyable. However, I encountered issues with room amenities and communication regarding renovations that negatively impacted my overall experience. The location was convenient for exploring, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. 🌟

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was quite small and lacked some basic amenities like adequate teabags and coffee. It had a nice balcony but the bed had issues with the mattress slipping, making it uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was clean and well-maintained, but I expected a bit more for the price.
Service
5.0
While the restaurant staff at Carluccios were really good and made my daughter feel special during our meals, I experienced a lack of acknowledgment during check-in, especially being a Platinum SPG member. When I raised concerns with the management, their response was rather dismissive.
Location
8.0
The location was great, just a short walk from Swiss Cottage Tube station, making it easy to navigate central London. Being near the park was a lovely touch, but the hotel being tucked away from major sights required planning for taxis to reach main attractions.
Dining
7.0
Dining at Carluccios was enjoyable with varied menus and a fantastic children's menu. Breakfast was a highlight, offering plenty of delicious options that were well prepared. However, I did find the restaurant food quality could improve at times.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel featured a pleasant pool, but I found the public area toilets needed better maintenance. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the complimentary options available in the lounge, adding value to my stay.
